Quick Story…

This past week, a 54-year-old man was released on $5,000 bond on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge.

On the bus, a 60-year-old passanger had announced the news of Michael Jackson’s death.  The driver had said “Jackson should of been jailed  the long ago.  The 54-year-old becoming angered at the man for even bringing the news of Jackson up, started to chase the 60-year-old down the bus isle with a knife.  None of the men though were injured.

Yes, with a butter knife.

A man tried to rob a hotel this past Sunday.  The fearless clerk did not give the man the money & so the robbery went from the hotel on foot.  Police later found a 34-year old matching the description of a robber.  Probably tackling & tasering the man, thinking he might do something with the butter knife.  They later then found the butter knife.

I don’t know if these assaults with Cheetos mean & attempted robberies means the world is becoming  safer, or people are just becoming…dumber.

Most of you may know him as the OxyClean guy yelling into your TV about the product.  Some people even humorly nicknamed him as King of “As Seen On Tv.”    They say his body was found in his home by his wife, unresponsive.

Now this may make the places sound a bit safer compared to fights with guns, knives & so on, but at the same time a lot…weirder.

A couple were charged with domestic assault after becoming in a “verbal argument” with each other.  Then began to fight throwing Cheetos!  According to a local Gazette both were released on bond of $2,500.

Luckily in this, no one was hurt.

250,000 individuals entered LG U.S. 2009 National Texting Championship.  Grand prize winner to come in first place would win $50,000!  Damn!  People in the hit TV show “Fear-Factor” only won the same amount of money by eating cockroaches, spiders & jumping off hundered foot high obstacles.  But $50,000 for winning a texting competition?

15 year old girl (Kate Moore) from Iowa won the championship for 2009.   She says she attributes her texting success to her 14-000 texts per month!  Wow!  I only have about 250 at the most per month.  I seriously do not know how anyone has time to even do that. That literally is like texting the entire day non-stop.

Well if that’s her thing, then….Congrats on that.
